These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The List, a subscription-based service offered through aliejules.com (“Website”). By subscribing to The List, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description
The List is a monthly subscription that provides email-based access to timely business intelligence (“intel”), strategic insights, and limited direct access to the creator via email. This service does not include one-on-one coaching, consulting, or custom deliverables.

2. Billing & Payments
Access to The List is billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe at the posted subscription rate. You will be charged automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.

3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time through your customer portal. Upon cancellation, your access to future intel will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, you will lose access and your spot will not be guaranteed for re-entry.

4. No Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content delivery, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

5. Intellectual Property
All materials shared through The List, including emails, documents, and any bonus resources, are protected by copyright and intended for your personal business use only. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.

6. Eligibility
The List is intended for established business owners seeking to stay competitive through ongoing strategic insights. Access may be limited or denied at the sole discretion of the owner.

7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this Website.
