What happens if I miss an email?
There’s no backup. The intel is sent in real-time, and if you miss it, it’s gone. This reinforces the exclusivity and real-time nature.

Can I get access to past intel or archives?
No. The List is real-time intel, not a content library. Occasionally, select back issues may be made available for individual purchase, but there’s no archive access included.

How do I cancel?
You’ll receive customer portal access in your first email after joining. Cancel anytime through that portal – no hoops, no emails required.

Is there a trial period?
No. You join monthly and can cancel anytime, but there’s no trial.

How often do you send intel?
Around 4 emails per month, sometimes more or less. No fixed schedule – you get it when there’s actionable intel to share.

Can I get back on The List if I cancel?
Re-entry isn’t guaranteed. If you cancel, you lose your spot.

What if The List is full when I try to join?
When no spots are available, the Join The List button is replaced with a notification signup. Enter your email to be notified first when spots open. It’s first-come, first-served when notifications go out.

How do I contact support?
For general questions, use the form on the support page. List members get a direct support email address in their welcome materials for faster assistance.
