Terms of Service

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Raeven, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us”) and users of the aliejules.com website (“User,” “you”). By accessing our website or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1. General Terms
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use this website.
1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and subscription information.
1.3 You agree to provide accurate and current information, including a complete and correct shipping address, when subscribing or making a purchase.
1.4 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

2. The Art Mail Club Subscription
2.1 The North of Here art mail club is a recurring monthly subscription. Each billing cycle, we mail you the physical items included in the subscription for that month.
2.2 Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance at $9.00 USD per month for shipping within the United States, and $11.00 USD per month for international shipping.
2.3 Your subscription automatically renews each month and your payment method is charged on the same day of each billing cycle until you cancel.
2.4 All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Any price change will apply to future billing cycles, not the current one.

3. Payments
3.1 Payment is required at the time of purchase and for each subsequent billing cycle.
3.2 All payments and recurring billing are processed securely through Stripe. We do not collect or store your payment card information.
3.3 By subscribing, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
3.4 By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service in addition to our own.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid billing period, and you will not be billed again.
4.2 We do not issue refunds for prior billing periods. Canceling stops future charges; it does not refund months already billed.
4.3 Once an item has been mailed, we do not provide refunds for change of mind, accidental orders, or a decision not to keep the item.
4.4 If your monthly mail is lost in transit and does not arrive, contact us and we will, either replace it at no cost or issue a refund for that shipment.

5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 We ship to addresses within the United States and internationally, depending on the subscription tier you select.
5.2 You are responsible for providing and maintaining a current, accurate shipping address. You can update your shipping address at any time through the customer portal. We are not responsible for items shipped to an outdated or incorrect address you provided.
5.3 Delivery times vary, particularly for international shipments, and are subject to postal and carrier timelines outside our control. Any international customs duties or import taxes are your responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All website content, artwork, and images are owned by Raeven, Inc. unless otherwise stated.
6.2 The physical artwork and prints you receive are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the artwork or images.

7. Website Usage
7.1 You agree to use the website in a lawful manner and not to interfere with website operations, copy or misappropriate website content, misuse any features or services, or attempt to access unauthorized areas.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 The website and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
8.2 Raeven, Inc. shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or products.
8.3 We are not responsible for technical issues, shipping delays, or other matters beyond our control.

9. Governing Law
9.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, United States.
9.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colorado.

10. Changes to Terms
10.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
10.2 Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website.
10.3 Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
